Paul Capewell

At the time of the trip, Paul Capewell was a 22 year old library assistant at Chesham Library in Buckinghamshire, England. He was living in Amersham. He has visited New Zealand before: December 1999 – January 2000; January – February 2002; September 2003 – February 2004.
He regularly blogs at paulcapewell.com. Pop over and say hello.
The Journal

For this trip, Paul attempted to keep a handwritten journal, and managed to do so apart from one or two days. Where there are no entries, excerpts from his blogs have been used to supplement the daily post. Where possible, the journal includes assorted related ephemera such as tickets, flyers and business cards.

The Photographs
Over the course of the trip, around 1,500 photos were taken. They range from scenic photos, to personal snapshots of friends. Included are amusing spots, interesting signs, beautiful views, and things that won’t really make sense to anyone but him.
You can take a look at the vast majority of these photos on Paul’s Flickr page.
